A perfect compliment to Aclam’s DR Robert pedal, The Mocker replicates the internal fuzz circuit of the VOX UL730 - the elusive amp the The Beatles used for Sgt Peppers and Revolver.
 
The original amp’s fuzz was basically on or off (try using the B3.5 T5 setting to replicate this) so Aclam have expanded on this with the addition of Bias and Tone controls. Set to ’0’, the bias control creates a spluttery gated fuzz that soon opens up into a more familiar roar and, whilst subtle, the tone adds a welcome level of flexibily.
